We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Operations Incharge (Excel Specialist) on a one-year contractual basis. Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze service operations data.
2. Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to create insightful reports and dashboards.
3. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in service operations.
4. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous data entry and validation.
6. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and team members.
7. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and workflows.
8. Design and generate performance graphs and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
9. Translate raw data into easy-to-understand visual representations, aiding decision-making processes
10. Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for management, showcasing performance trends, achievements, and improvement areas.
11. Ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines for data collection, reporting, and compliance.
12. Maintain records to support audit processes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of service operations principles and practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to convey insights and recommendations.
- Collaborative team player with the capacity to work across departments.
- Prior experience in a service operations role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
