HR Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department’s activities, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for fostering a positive workplace culture will be essential in executing various HR functions

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate documentation of candidate information.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for [Number] employees.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to accurately capture any variable compensation elements.
  • Calculate and process salary adjustments, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy before final processing

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our payroll processing vendor.
  • Collaborate with the vendor to ensure the smooth exchange of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any concerns or improvements.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Preparing HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Contribute to the maintenance of HR databases and generate relevant reports for analysis.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, liaising with internal and external trainers.
  • Assist in organizing professional development opportunities and tracking employee training progress.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
