Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate documentation of candidate information.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Payroll Processing:
- Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for [Number] employees.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
- Collaborate with department heads to accurately capture any variable compensation elements.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for our payroll processing vendor.
- Collaborate with the vendor to ensure the smooth exchange of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any concerns or improvements.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Preparing HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR databases and generate relevant reports for analysis.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, liaising with internal and external trainers.
- Assist in organizing professional development opportunities and tracking employee training progress.
