Customer Service Officer
Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:
Handling complaint management through Breakdown/ PM modules in CRM Software. 
  • Receiving complaint, interacting with complainant, registering complaint, generating job number, advising job number to complainant.
  • Ensuring approvals have been received for jobs in To be Approved stage
  • Ensure that PM jobs are logged and assigned in coordination with Store Manager to ensure availability of spare parts required for breakdown and AMC jobs 
  • Updating data in Trackweb except for AMC contract related data
  • Ensuring entry of all service reports through Data Entry Operator
  • Changing job status from completed to closed stage
  • Check & pass Daily Time Sheet of CSEs
  • Preparing estimates for billable jobs and obtain approval from customer before it's execution
Candidate Profile:
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS-Office & advance features of MS-Excel.
  • Resident of Navi Mumbai preferably between Panvel and Belapur
QualificationGraduate in any stream preferably BSc in IT

Gender & Age: Male 18 -25 years

Work Experience: 1-2 years.
